Why this deck exists
Research names it clearly: most new parents feel they’ve lost a part of their identity, and many stay silent out of shame. This deck gives permission to say the unsayable — that you can love your child and grieve your old self at once. Questions open the identity shift; follow-ups invite the partner to see and respond; context validates the „two truths“ without rushing to fix.
